MESSAGE FROM THE ANGELS

At this most precious time on Earth, there is a gentle and subtle pause if a swing stops for a brief moment before it starts again. In this pause there is the opportunity to catch one’s breath, to be in the in-between place before the next breath begins. So it is for all beings who are on Earth now as the Earth is between heart beats, just as the Autumn Equinox unfolds in many parts of the world. It is the perfect balance of yin and yang, night and day, Moon and Sun, Earth and Stars.

As the season in many places upon the Earth begins its transition towards the darker, more inward months it is also a time for humans to be gathering the essence and memories of the summer season.

At this time there is a greater awareness than ever before in the consciousness of human beings, that all are connected to each other. Like the roots of a large family of trees, like the aspen tree or a pod of dolphin in the ocean, or stars in the heavens that create a constellation; humans are learning deeply and profoundly across the globe, the effect that thoughts, words and deeds have upon one another. It is a seismic shift in thought in many parts of the cultures of the world, from thinking of oneself as autonomous and independent to interdependent and connected.

As in the symbol of the scales, the balance of night and day, the touch of sunlight as the night gives way to the daytime hours or the grace of night as the sun slips below the horizon, there is a deep desire in the human psyche for peace and balance.

Where in your life are you opening to create this energy of peace and balance? It may require a letting go of a stuck thought, repetitive pattern or outdated belief that doesn’t serve your inner heart’s desire for balance and peace. Seeing the other as oneself, creates deeper desire for understanding of one’s self and acceptance of all parts of one’s self.

One may want to push away what is perceived as ugly, profane or hateful. Yet to see the “negative” in another and yet not also see it in oneself limits the opportunity for growth and change. To love oneself is to accept all parts of yourself and to forgive wherever you perceive you might have chosen a more loving and kind way to be, but did not. To love another also may require acceptance and forgiveness. In forgiving, energy is freed to be used for more loving and conscious acts of kindness.

Give over any distressing or negative thoughts with your breath and with sincere desire open to peace and goodness. Focus exactly on the essence of the outcome that you want to experience for oneself. Begin with inviting in more peace. Peace in your own heart, love for yourself, total and complete acceptance and forgiveness of all that you are, from this place like a wave from the ocean, that energy of peace will reach the farthest shore. When you give over of yourself, when you for- give, you relax restricted energy to begin to flow again.

When you attune to the elemental energies of Earth,Air, Fire and Water be especially thankful and grateful. For every glass of water you drink, for the air that you breath, for the warmth of the sun upon your face, for the Earth that feeds and nourishes you and gives you your body and form, give thanks. In giving thanks with a prayer, affirmation, song, dance, poem, caress, thought or action, you are demonstrating your love for your home. This home of Earth that provides you with all you need for a beautiful life. When the elements are out of balance and harmony, they are reflecting the thought forms of human beings. All is connected, Nature is connected to you and you are connected to Nature. Give thanks, happy thoughts, gratitude, reverence, for the gifts that are given for you to have ground to walk upon, food to eat, water to drink, air to breath.

Give thanks with your heart, with your prayers, with your words and with your deeds. You help to create a relationship of respect, love, harmony and balance to the Earth and all that live upon it.

The Earth is your home and your teacher. We encourage you to love your neighbor as yourself, starting with the Earth as you neighbor, your Mother, your friend.

Sing to the Earth, quiet the fires of distress in your own hearts, be kind to each other. The Earth is your teacher for balancing emotions, for being peaceful, being in love, being in kindness and care for yourself, and showing kindness and care for one another and for all that lives and breathes upon the Earth. She shows you the balance of light and dark, night and day, yin and yang.

The Angels and all beings of Spirit, love and cherish the world you live in, and love and cherish you. Lift up your eyes to the stars, the moon, the sky, the sun and see your own magnificence reflected there. Look out upon the horizon around you and see the infinite possibilities stretching into the Universe. Feel the Earth beneath your feet and the kindness that comes from the Earth as a constant support for your life. The Angels are with you to help you in relaxing into a positive flow for a positive outcome of peace balance harmony and love for yourself and for all of the world.

MESSAGE FROM THE ANGELS

Hello friends,

This is Lee, I wanted to share with you some images that have come to me these past weeks. Perhaps like you the days are blurring a bit and it may even be difficult to remember exactly which day it is of the week. This is part of the slipping away from the old ways, and opening to another way of being, more present with the present and less attached to the need to know the day of the week. As we as humans change so do are concepts of all that we surround ourselves with and even the notion of who we are as a person can be changing. During the recent world meditation this is what I saw.

There were small fires all over the world as I was looking at the planet from above. People were gathering and with their love they were creating a soft blanket and they laid their bodies on top of the soft blanket to smother the flames, this was the gentle love vibration that I felt during the global mediation that was done by over one million people! Then I saw with my inner vision that there were still “hot spots” of the fire that were so intense and difficult to put out. The virus being the fire of intensity like a hot furnace. Then I saw a hand come through a doorway from outside the earth, an Angels arm or friendly Spirit or Star Brother or Sisters arm and hand, this arm and hand pulled the door way shut on the fire. It was a huge relief that the world felt that the fire was out, but it took divine intervention from Spirit. The earnest prayers and loving hearts of sincere humans contributes to the lessening of the intensity of the fires or the virus. Also the love and care from the other world’s or dimensions towards humanity and our Earth is profound.

I also saw in my inner vision meditation many, many people continuing to leave their bodies and move quickly into their light bodies in spirit. They were flowing easily up white escalators into other realms in the heavenly worlds. People who love them are lighting candles along the side of the path or escalators all the way to heaven.

Then I saw that as soon as the people who have left their bodies are in the other worlds that they turn around and give their love like small white notecards with pink hearts on them and they are flooding the world with their love and care. It is a sacred time for us all and to please remember that this is a sacred time. Laughter and tears are both welcomed and good for the healing of all hearts.

Next in my vision, I was in the belly of a beautiful Mother Whale as she swam quietly in the ocean deep. She knows where she is taking us and we are all inside her beautiful body with her, no one is left out. We may be upset that we are inside this experience in her body and cannot get out, we are surrendered to this. Some will try to protest and want out but in the end the Mother Whale is holding us all firmly in place until she takes us to the destination she wants us to reach.

This planet, “our” Earth is this Mother Whale. Wise, loving, immensely patient with “her children”. The other sentient beings understand the Mother that they live upon and do not seek to harm her. They relax and settle into the womb of the Mother Whale.

Humans are the only specifies that attempts to destroy or even kill the Mother that they live within and upon. And yet there is hope. There is boundless love , there is joy and inspiration, and there is tomorrow. This was my vision and the following is the message from the Angels.

Beloved Ones,
As you are carried along in this experience, you may feel that you are at a loss for words, a loss for your loved ones who are now in Spirit, a loss of connections, a loss of the familiar ways, a loss of such extraordinary proportions that it may be difficult to imagine what is to come that will be positive and life-sustaining.

As your friends and loved ones in Spirit as the Angels and Guides to humanity, we say “this experience is FOR you, not against you.”

This experience upon the Earth is for the re-weaving of the torn fabric of the heart cloth that is humanity’s mantel. The cloth of love that is placed upon every precious human being became torn and frayed for many through neglect, ignorance, lack of care and selfishness. Too many people were being harmed by the few that chose to take more than was their share, not sharing with other humans or the other divine and precious beings that live with you on your blue and green Earth.

Now the time has come for this re-balancing and re-weaving of the mantel of care and connection and communion with the Spirit of the Earth, the living being that you live upon and the living being that you live WITHIN and within your galaxy.

The Universe continues to create and dissolve just as you do. But truly nothing is ever “lost.” Energy does not cease to exit, although many are realizing for the first time that human life is finite. You have this one special life NOW. Time as you know it folds in upon itself. The past and future are here with you NOW.

We suggest that you stay with this energy of Now, and in this now choose the now that you wish to experience. You may use the wondrous gifts of you powerful imagination, as it is the very special place within you, that is like the imaginal cells of the caterpillar as it turns into the butterfly within its cocoon. The caterpillar creates its cocoon then it dissolves its body and for a time is a silver sparkly soup that dreams itself into the butterfly. Yet when it was the caterpillar it had the imprint of the butterfly within it all along, this image also represents YOU.

We encourage you to welcome this “cocooning” time as another phase of life experience.

We suggest that in your imagining that you see the torn places in your own life, become healed and whole, past neglect or damage that has wounded you or caused you pain, forgiven. In doing this, even if you cannot go back to repair the harm or despair in the physical body or with another who is no longer in your life, you can do so in your sacred imagining. To forgive or to ask for forgiveness frees you to become even more gracefully the butterfly that you are. In so doing, you will lay aside despair and suffering and start anew.

As you look to what hopes or dreams you had that are changing now, you can take with you your most favorite dreams and your most delightful inspirations, or perhaps you will create completely new ones.

You are all being given the chance, the opportunity, to love even more fully with your whole hearts, To say to your Mother, the planet that you live upon, “ I love you with my whole heart.” To say to your friends and neighbors and family and even those who appear to be strangers to you, perhaps of a different belief system, religious faith, political persuasion, culture or way of being, to say “I love you with my whole heart.” It may seem odd to do this to a garter snake in your garden or a hawk flying over head, or someone you see by the side of the road, but if you think this, if you intend this, it will create love and the weaving of the torn fabric that you are being asked to heal.

This fabric is the fabric of love that weaves you all together, that is woven together just as perfectly and beautifully as the stars in your sky and the flowers that delight you and vegetables that feed you. All is alive, sacred and deserving of care.

The water you drink, the “resources” of the Earth are not to be taken by humans to use, but rather to be respected, appreciated, and shared and distributed wisely with all, including the animals, plants and other beings that share your Earth.

Humans have had the misunderstanding that they are charged with dominion over the Earth. We offer to you a different understanding that Humans are charged with the ability “to care.” The absolute true dominion is with the celestial hierarchy and the brothers and sisters in Spirit, the angelic world working in collaboration with humans to bring about the image and realization of Heaven upon Earth. Heaven is a beautiful space, and the Earth is meant to be reflection of Heaven, a sacred mirror. Earth is a living Being of divine grace.

Each human being is created from the physical matter of Earth and also the celestial matter of the heavens, the stars. Already you have the physical manifestation of Heaven and Earth combined within you.

As you show love and care for one another, you care for the Earth. As you care for the Earth, you show love and care for one another.

We, the Angels and your Star Brothers and Sisters, will bring our gifts and teachings to you as you expand in your awareness and consciousness. We bow to the ingenious gifts that humans can give to the Earth and all the beings in your Universe. We say to you that truly that Humans are the most loving beings when their fabric is woven together. We are with you to help you weave again the truly wondrous and beautiful tapestry that is each and every one of you.

MESSAGE FROM THE ANGELS

Hello friends,

Many people have been wanting to understand about the world’s current global experience and how to be at peace during such times of turbulence and the unknown. The Angels are gifting us with many messages.

There are many ways to receive divine guidance and angelic messages.

As you are resting or reading these words, you can place your hands on your heart, taking some deep and restful breaths. We can more easily feel and hear our angels when we are relaxed and open. Like calling a friend on the phone, it takes just a few moments to prepare to listen and receive. You can do this at anytime. Even if you are in the midst of a busy day, you can choose to allow yourself to come to this place. Like a river that is always flowing, the Angels are always with us, even if we wander away from them or don’t notice, like this beautiful river, they are always there.

When the angels bring me messages, it can be cryptic and metaphorical and often is a surprise to me too. I wait for more explanation and it will come as a message flowing into my mind. Or I will see with my inner eye a vision or picture of what they want to share. I was overwhelmed as you may have been too this past week by sadness, and feeling the sadness of the world. It is natural and normal to feel many ups and downs during times of such sudden change.

As I was falling asleep one evening two songs popped into my mind. They are children’s songs that my mother used to sing to me and my sister’s as a child. I know it was the Angels bringing me messages as it was from out of the blue so to speak and so I listened and waited for the understanding of their messages.

The first song was “ the Itsy bitsy spider” the second song was “You are my Sunshine”

This is what the Angels shared through song and interpretation of the songs:

     The itsy bitsy spider went up the water spout
     Down came the rain and washed the spider out
     Out came the sun and dried up all the rain
     And the itsy bitsy spider went up the spout again

This song is a reminder that all things will pass, even this time upon the earth that we are experiencing together as a world now.

The ”rain“ is the energy of purification and suddenness that has washed us all out, far from our familiar shores of rhythms and routines, with our families and our communities, school, work, social time, and all the myriad activities we did as individuals and together.

“Out came the sun and dried up all the rain”. The light within our hearts is a helpful antidote to this illness.

Spread your light like a luminous spider web of golden glowing energy to all those that you love, from your heart you can spin any worry you have, like flax into gold.

Send this golden ray of light, this strand of luminosity to others, your loved ones, family, friends, co-workers, colleagues, communities near and far. Let the entire world be wrapped in your love and care.

You also are in need of this love and care, see and feel with your divine imagination, your creative source, that connects you to the Source of all, that you too are held with tenderness and love, by the Angels and Archangels and Beings of light and love, your ancestors, the Ancient ones, and all those in all the Universes that care for and love you and our home of Earth.

The Angels’ love can provide you strength and courage and comfort. You can ask with you intention, with your sincere heart open, as a window is to the sun, that the sun shine upon you and fill your heart with well being, love and faith.

From your heart and with your intention you are creating a web of light that flows to all those who are suffering and in need of comfort.

As the Angels stand with those and guide those who are alone and not able to be with family, the Angels ask that you stand with the family of humanity in shepherding with tenderness and care those who will be leaving the earth. You may imagine that you are remembering a happy time with your own family and friends, a party or celebration, joy filled and loving. As you do so, you can feel the bounce in your own heart of goodness and happiness, and with compassion and focused intention send this happy bubble out from your heart to wherever your bubble of love and compassion and healing energy may need to go. If it is a neighbor, a friend, a loved one, a stranger who is in a hospital alone, your love bubble from the depths of your radiant heart is carried gently by the Angels to wherever or whomever needs this love. Your own heart light is not diminished but strengthened and intensified by this gift of love that you share.

As you stand shoulder to shoulder with the Angels you are helping to create a bridge of light that guides those who are leaving their earthly homes on a safe passage with ease and gentleness on their way.

For those who remain with you upon the earth you strengthen your own personal energy grid and web of golden light. The affirmation is: “we are healthy, all of us”

The earth is a loving and nurturing home, this is not a punishment but rather a re-balancing, a re-set for all beings upon the earth to be at home in a more loving and healthy environment.

The earth will bring the solution for this experience, through her wisdom and healing medicines that will be created with her own soil and blueprint in cooperation and collaboration with the wonderful and heartfull people of earth.

Be kind to yourselves, if you feel tearful cry, if you feel happy, laugh. If you are tired, rest. If you are overwhelmed, reach out to others for help.

This song can feel melancholic but also is full of hope too.

This is what the angels shared:

Now is the time like no other you have every experienced upon the earth, to walk your talk, and to be the light that you are. You may think that the sun is the brightest presence in the sky, or that all the stars in the Milky Way are, but we say to you that YOU ARE. The brightness from the human heart, the true gold that you are shines more brightly than all the suns that could ever be. We see your light, we see your goodness and courage and strength and care. We see your resiliency. If you could see yourselves as we see you, when you are sharing a hug, a kiss, a precious human gesture with another, your hearts glow.

Now all peoples are seeing clearly the precious gift that you have, in your life, in your world, in your families and communities. The world is and will be forever changed. You will know your light more brightly and what it truly means to be of the light.

We are with you as you call us the Archangels; Sabriel, Sandelphon, Metatron, Raphael, Gabriel, Zadkiel, Michael and Uriel, Angels Sophia and Terra Angelica.

There are as many angels as there are blades of grass and stars above you. Call upon us, and the master teachers, all those that love you We are gathered round you close.

Notice the beautiful precious animals upon the earth that are curious and want to give their guidance and support now, the birds, the insects, the beings just waking up from their winter slumber, the beings of the waters all are aware of this shift upon the earth. Your animal family that may also live in your home or near you, they too are aware. They are noticing the earth and human behavior is changing and are lending their encouragement and support.

Humans will become even greater stewards of the earth and of each other.

Listen with your open hearts, as your heart is a window within each of you. Your chakras are like stained glass windows with the sunlight pouring through. Allow yourselves to connect at any time, to this light that is within you and around you, even when you close your eyes, you can still feel this light and warmth within. Touch your heart and know we are with you always.

MESSAGE FROM THE ANGELS

Dear Friends,

The light of love is all around you. You may reach out through the fog that might have recently surrounded you and feel and sense the warmth and love and support of your human family. Friends and loved ones who are also on this journey with you. When you are on a trip, you may be excited thinking about the destination and what that may be like. Perhaps you’ve seen a picture of your final destination or have heard about it, or have been planning this trip for many days or weeks or maybe years, so your enthusiasm may have been built up to a wonderful crescendo and now you can see the final destination in sight.

This time on earth is quite a different variation on that vision of a holiday or vacation or anticipated trip. The journey you are now on is one where you cannot fully see the destination and it’s not clear yet when the trip will end or what the conclusion will be. Much like a sea voyage that perhaps one of your ancestors took long ago, they had an idea of their hoped for destination, but they weren’t too sure how long it would take to arrive to the promised land, their new life. A storm or illness on the ship might have caused a delay or unexpected detour. This time may feel much like this ancestral journey that others took without clearly knowing the outcome, but with much hope, fortitude, strength and courage, they endured and kept hope alive in their hearts. You can too.

Now is a time to also be attuning to the strength, courage and vision of your collective ancestors, those who have come before you. Those who forged the new paths, built the schools and churches, created homes and paths, educational institutions, structures and forms that has now become the society and world as you know it. They created these formal structures out of their belief and their vision of that time.

This is a new beginning; often to create a new beginning, the former self changes. Once you were a baby in the womb and now you are a breathing, sentient being, alive and conscious upon the earth. Being born into a body, was a brave and solo journey that you took. You have been brave! You made the wise decision to come to the earth and to be alive on earth at this time of great and awesome change.

You might be feeling alone or lonely during this time as well. As you look around you and see the earth that you are upon, you can also see the beauty and grace of Nature, the animals, the astonishing and gorgeous sky, the changing colors of the various times of the day as the light travels along with the shadows. The night arrives, the stars come out, perhaps the moon is glowing, or perhaps its a cloudy night and dark with no light overhead. Yet, you know, you believe through previous experience that the nighttime will pass into the day. The clouds will pass, the sky will be clear again. So it is at this moment on earth. There are messages that can come quietly in the dark dream space of intuition and soul speak. These are gifts for you, to draw strength, guidance and reassurance from.

You have the ability to choose how you wish to respond at this time. How would you like to be? Relaxed, hopeful, anticipating and expecting the good? Feeling confident that you will be shown the way? Trusting that life is good and what is happening in your life is FOR YOU and not against you?

If you answer “yes” you are out of the fog and the path is right beneath your feet!

Allow yourself to choose the most comfortable feeling in your heart. Discomfort, depression, pain, negativity, and fear does not create peace in your heart. To truly tap into and experience the new exercises, tasks, and experiences to play with and explore now, requires curiosity and openness to the “new”.

This “new” way is very much like being a child again and asking yourself what do you want to pretend as you play with your friends or loved ones or an “imaginary friend “? Perhaps you want to dress up in a different costume from the one you’ve been wearing. Begin a new path, complete a task, give thanks, show support and love in ways that you have thought of but we’re too afraid to do.

There is an opportunity now and in your current future, to gift to yourself a new “role”, a new script, a fresh start that is unlimited in possibilities. Dream big dear ones, dream beyond self-imposed or societal limitations, enjoy the freedom of re-imagining your life as you would like to create it now and into the future.

The gift of simplicity and the call to simplicity is profoundly being heard by the family of humanity. What matters is the love that is shared, love grows and becomes richer, deeper, greater, than any fearful action, reaction or withholding of love could ever do. You all know this in your hearts, it is the truth that resonates in your very being. Feed the love, like watering your garden, or putting fresh water in a vase of flowers, tend to the love that is growing everywhere all around you.

As you see the familiar life you have known being washed away like a sandcastle by an ocean wave, be of good cheer. You will build your life over in a new way or a re-envisioning that is even better, just as you change from one set of clothes to the other, it can be that easy. Starting fresh, with the community of the world together helping one another. You may think that you are too old, too young, too frightened, too poor, too wounded, too lost to find your way. You all have untold strengths and abilities waiting to be tapped. You will find the way that is best for you, it may feel insignificant or scary at first but as you continue following what feels true and good soon you will have begun again. Like the first day of school or a new job or learning a new task, at first it may seem unsurmountable and impossible, and with the gift of time it becomes familiar and even joyful. This is the way now.

Reach out to others in prayer, with care and kind words, show your love and respect of others by exercising safe physical behaviors. This is vital for the human family to thrive and be re-balanced. Humans beings have the great innate attributes of flexibility and adaptability. This is a grace.

The current episode is a cautionary tale, the planet you live upon became too discordant with not only physical toxins but with the mental pollutants of anger and hatred. Sophia Gaia, Mother Earth is a living, sentient being, she has needed to release these schisms and miasma’s.

There is a great sadness as humanity has been lost and out of touch with its own mother, like a child who has wandered too far from home. Mother Earth will have the remedy for the illness. It will be shown. Earth has intelligence and power. Love your Earth, love your home, love and care for one another. This is the message from the Universal beings of love.

Gather your friends near you, virtually at this time, but one day soon together again, you will be in the physical reality, side by side, with more joy, appreciation, tenderness, care and support than you have felt before.

There will be more strong winds of negativity and fear blasting you to the core and shaking your belief of a loving power and presence. We entreat you to go within, to the still place, the quiet, just behind your physical heart, imagine you are sitting there, its a beautiful place, you are free, healthy, well in every way and you can invite your friends and loved ones, all those whom you love, to be there too.

Keep envisioning this place, feel the presence of this true home within your heart. You are safe and free from worry, doubt and confusion there. In this place, this sanctuary in your heart, whatever you imagine it to be, it is comfortable place and your true home. Be there, go to this heart chamber in any time of strive or worry, doubt or fear. This place is inside you and always will be and always has been.

Place your hands on your heart if you are needing to remember it is there and WE are there with you. The Universe that surrounds you is also the Universe inside you.

We will not abandon you, we are with you, with messages, guidance, re-assurance, strength, love and even laughter. We travel with you on this journey.

Bless those who are on the journey and leaving their physical bodies, hold them in your consciousness with compassion, care and tenderness. There is suffering, send love for many are grieving.

Bright soul lights, like earth stars , are returning to the heavens.

MESSAGE FROM THE ANGELS

This is a message that I received from the Angels, Ascended Masters and Loved Ones in Spirit.

The experience that is happening now on Earth is to create a unified global shift to a new frequency, a new experience of energy, so all people can know deeply that we are all connected, that all of life is connected and that we do effect and touch each other. Mother Earth is also transitioning as a living being too.

I received a message to go to my bookshelf and find a book called “ The Dictionary of Angels “ by Gustav Davidson from 1967 that I have had since I was a child. ( I had even forgotten that I had the book on my bookshelf)! The Angel told me to look up Angel Sabriel, who I hadn't remembered. Sabriel is one of the seven Archangels and is a healing angel to overcome disease; as is Archangel Raphael and Metatron.

Archangel Sabrael, is the specific angel who helps in overcoming disease and is working in tandem with Angel Sandelphon, who is the Angel for the Earth and is also the Angel of Glory and Prayer.

The great teachers of all faiths, all religions, and spiritual branches are very close to humans and all beings of Earth especially at this moment in the worlds experience.

The Egyptian master teachers, the South American, Native American, Aboriginal, African, Chinese, Mayan, Latin American, Ancient Celts, Druids, Asian, Pan-Pacific, and the Sami teachers and Shamans and so many other loving beings are all gathered near the Earth now.

Archangel Metatron, Archangels Raphael and Gabriel, Master St Germain, Master Jesus, Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, Medicine Buddha, Green Tara, Buddha of Compassion, and Kwan Yin are assisting. The list of Ascended Masters and Spiritual and celestial brothers ands sisters is long and varied. Many star dimensions are streaming their light and love to Earth.

Also, the Animal Nations and Plant and Nature Kingdoms and Elemental and Devic beings of all kinds are also involved in helping Earth grow into a new bloom of creation.

They are close to humans now as Earth is shifting into a different frequency and light dimension. They ask that we think of them as loved ones in our family who are gathered around at a sacred birth. We can call upon them by name or as a group or just know that their presence is with us. They offer their support, love and guidance, sending their energy and messages through your intuition, direct or subtle and soft messages that come to your heart and mind, and through the experiences and gifts that are brought to you through the world and through others.

Beloved Family,

A soft white cloud, like a blanket of healing and love is covering the Earth now. Beyond the fear you might be experiencing, you may also begin to feel the softness and gentleness and deeper quiet.

It is a time to be still and pause, to be quiet and reflect, this is necessary to make the shift. A pause has been orchestrated with Spirit to shift humans and all upon the earth to a new path. You may see us in your inner or outer visions, feel us, or see new ethereal colors, orbs, lights, sounds and feelings that are uplifting you and of a loving resonance. We are with you. We love you.

Honor and love all beings and the animals, as all is coming into a new balance, it will take some time on Earth for this change to be complete. Like first walking along a path, then getting on and off an escalator and then walking to an elevator and going to a completely new floor. You are all being moved as quickly as possible.

Those that are leaving through sickness, are blessed beings who have completed their journey on Earth in the physical and are moving with this dimensional shift as well. They are choosing to shift out of physical body to receive higher frequencies of light, education, information and love. All is being done by Spirit with much love and grace and care in the spiritual dimensions. In the human realm it can feel very sad, chaotic and stressful, but this need not be so.

Death is the next chapter of life. You may perceive that life happens only upon the Earth in the physical form but that is not so. Energy continues into new forms and creation, soul takes with it all it learns in the physical world to continue on. Love continues, this is known.

It is a sacred time. Panic can cause upset and disruption for those that are leaving. Bless those that are leaving. Many souls will be leaving to the higher frequencies to continue their journey there. Earth and humanity will be changed. Souls will continue to be born as the door is open. This is not an end, it is a shift. A new chapter.

Say prayers of peace and good will, speak affirmations that support joy and happiness, light candles and say blessings, do what is most true to your heart, meditate, sing, chant, and move with thankfulness. Hold one another in your hearts and minds with kindness and goodwill.

The transition is happening and humans can do their part. Stay positive in heart and mind. This is a time for humans to be " re-set", the course of humanity is being “re-set”, to come into a new way of being. Connect to the still place within you that is always connecting to the cosmic heartbeat of the center of the Universe and listen. Heaven and Earth are becoming more and more as one. You will feel the truth of this. You can create peace.

There will be disruptions of Earth as she detoxes just as humans are detoxing. Send your love to Mother Earth and all who live here with you. Fill yourselves up with the healing essence of love. Send healing light from your heart.

You can send love and healing light to others. Imagine and feel a smile in your heart, as you remember what you love about your life and yourself. You have the gift of life as a precious human being. You can feel your heart is smiling, you are smiling and your are sending your smile, your love to others. This is heart light, this is healing light, this is the essence of who you are. See and feel the love that is within your heart also touching those you love faraway, those that you love who are no longer on Earth, see that love going to your neighbors, your neighborhood, your community, your state, your country, other countries, the entire world, your Mother Earth. The world is filled up with love from you! This love will come back to you.

Your thankfulness for your life, your gratitude, your positively, your care and love matter. You make a difference. There is only love. There is love for all.”

When you hear or see the word “coronavirus” you can also say or think to yourself:

“We are healthy, all of us.”
